We want you to love your Flower Hour Mahj pieces.

 

Returns

Tile sets may be returned within 10 days of delivery provided the original shrink wrap remains fully intact and the set is unopened, unused, and in pristine condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Opened Items

Because our tile sets are produced in limited quantities and finished through a detailed hand-painted process, we are unable to accept returns once the shrink wrap has been opened.

This helps ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched set.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flowerhourmahj@gmail.com.

Please include:

* Your order number

* Photos of the item and packaging

* A brief description of the issue

Pre-Orders


  • Expected to ship November 2026.

  • Complimentary U.S. shipping included.

  • Pre-order reservations may be canceled for a full refund through June 13, 2026. After June 13, pre-order reservations become non-refundable as production planning and manufacturing commitments begin.

  • Pre-orders will close once production capacity is reached.

  • Once delivered, orders are subject to the Flower Hour Mahj Return Policy.

Pre-Order Policy

By placing a preorder with Flower Hour Mahj, you are reserving a set from our inaugural production run and securing your place in our first collection.


Estimated Shipping Timeline

Orders are currently expected to begin shipping in November 2026.

Production timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or fulfillment timing. We will communicate proactively throughout the production process and share any meaningful updates along the way.


Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed.


Reserving Your Set

Your preorder reserves a set from our current production run.

While we have ordered additional inventory beyond preorders, those sets will not be released until all preorder customers have received their orders. Inventory available after preorder fulfillment will be limited, making preordering the best way to guarantee your set from this collection..


Cancellation Policy

Production is currently underway.Because your preorder is reserved within our active manufacturing run, all preorder purchases are final and non-refundable.



Shipping Delays

While we will always aim to meet our estimated shipping timeline, Flower Hour Mahj cannot guarantee exact shipment dates due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing, freight, customs, and carrier delays.
